HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE BEACH RESORT & SPA IN HONOLULU




Location. The beachfront Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa is set amid 22 acres of landscaped gardens, koi ponds and waterfalls in Honolulu, Hawaii. DFS Galleria stands on the resort premises. Pearl Harbor historic site is 13 miles from the hotel.


Hotel Features. An open-air lobby features tropical-style rattan furniture, stone-tiled floors and expansive windows that overlook the resort's tropical landscape. This hotel offers 22 restaurants and lounges that prepare fare ranging from innovative Pacific Rim dishes to Mediterranean cuisine. The 33,000-square-foot Mandara Spa includes a sun terrace, a mosaic-tiled infinity pool and an extensive fitness center. The Hilton's King's Jubilee is a Polynesian dance and musical revue topped off with a fireworks display. Close to 90 boutiques and specialty stores dot this resort. Five pools include the 10,000-square-foot Super Pool. Water-sport equipment may be rented on the beach. The Rainbow Express Keiki Club offers supervised activities for children ages five through 12. A crowd pleaser, Mana, one of eight African Blackfoot Penguins, lives with his companions on the Hilton Penguin Pond.

Guestrooms. This resort provides 2,860 guestrooms distributed among five towers. All rooms boast furnished balconies with garden or ocean views. Room amenities include mini fridges, coffeemakers and one pack of complimentary Kona coffee. Guestrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions. In-room safes for a fee are provided. Beds include triple sheeting with premium Serenity Collection linens. Room décor varies, but all accommodations offer color palettes in vibrant marine blue, ocean teal, coral sand or sunset red. Select accommodations include CD players and MP3 adaptable clocks. Bathrooms feature marble vanities and designer toiletries.
